Must have high school diploma or GED, no criminal convictions, good driving record, stable past work history, and be able to pass post-offer alcohol/drug screen, polygraph, psychological profile and physical exam. Hiring process includes written test and interview with board of review. $37,570 starting for NM-certified. 20-year retirement; outstanding benefits.
